Delivery Policy

Delivery times depend on whether the item is shipped by Yokazo or by a partner retailer.

Yokazo-owned products

Processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 7–14 business days; express options are shown at checkout.

Affiliate / partner products

These ship directly from the source retailer (Amazon, AliExpress, Best Buy, eBay, etc.). Delivery windows, tracking, and shipping fees are set by that retailer and shown on their site before you complete the purchase.

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Late delivery credit — ₦1,600

If a paid Yokazo order takes longer than 14 days to reach you, we automatically add ₦1,600 store credit to your account. The credit appears in your profile and is applied to your next order at checkout. Store credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred or converted to cash, it has no cash value, and it is not paid out as a refund. It applies to Yokazo-owned orders only — affiliate/partner deliveries are outside our control.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or the partner retailer, but we will help you track and resolve any issue.
