Yokazo-owned products

Processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–10 business days; express options are shown at checkout.

Affiliate / partner products

These ship directly from the source retailer (Amazon, AliExpress, Best Buy, eBay, etc.). Delivery windows, tracking, and shipping fees are set by that retailer and shown on their site before you complete the purchase.

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or the partner retailer, but we will help you track and resolve any issue.
